Guthrie Property Solutions is a family owned business founded by the dynamic Mother-daughter duo of Gayle Tracey-Mull and Bethnie Green with the help of their husbands. Guthrie Property Solutions was incorporated in 2016; however, the beginnings of the business were set when Gayle developed a passion for real estate as a young woman, eventually leading her to get her real estate license. Bethnie watched her mom take these first steps into the arena of real estate and she was bitten by the real estate investing bug at a very young age driving her to buy her first home at the age of 20. The housing crash in 2008 put dreams of a real estate investment company on hold.
Until 2016, when both women took the step together to join the Fortune Builders team. The firm is named after Gayle’s father & Bethnie’s Grandfather, Jack Guthrie. A hard working farmer from the Texas Panhandle, who made a profitable income when others failed with sheer hard work, determination, integrity, and a shrewd head for business.
This family is determined to follow in his foot steps in a new modernized way.
